Call Recording:
It is becoming increasingly important to have all your telephone calls recorded so that any disputes which arise at a later stage over what was discussed in a conversation may be easily verified by listening to the archived recording. These recordings may also be sent via e-mail to the other party for verification. Several different versions of this technology are available.
Computer Telephony Integration:
Linked to front office software with client information. Various software packages are available to link the telephone system to the computer server thereby sending client information to the P.C. screen as the calls are coming in. This integration can also be used to ring clients from an accounts package or database if required.
Mobile Integration:
