By connecting a paging system to the telephone system, users can make announcements across speakers through their telephone handset. This is useful if you are uncertain as to the location of the individual that you are looking for. Calls can be announced over the Public Address system and then transferred to a desired location.
Cordless Phone:
We offer a range of cordless phone options from basic entry-level to robust cordless phones. These phones will only cover a limited distance from their base unit, if you wish to be contacted all around your premises, then we would be happy to discuss full site Dect coverage with you.
Direct Dialling:
Through direct dialling callers can ring directly to their desired department, so the various sections in a department store can all have separate telephone numbers for customers to contact them directly. When individuals make calls from these departments they can either have the main office number or their direct dial number show up on the callers phone.
