Reduced Call Costs To Mobiles:
To reduce call costs to mobile phones we can install a Mobile Premicell onto the telephone system. Through intelligent call routing on the phone system, calls to mobiles will be made through the mobile line and calls to landlines are made through your landline. This will significantly reduce call spend to mobiles.
Cordless Phones:
We offer a range of cordless phone options from basic entry-level to robust cordless phones. These phones will only cover a limited distance from their base unit, if you wish to be contacted all around your premises, then we would be happy to discuss full site Dect coverage with you.
Direct Dialing:
Through direct dialing callers can ring directly to their desired department, so Sales, Parts and Repairs can all have separate telephone numbers for customers to contact them directly. When individuals make calls from these departments they can either have the main office number or their direct dial number show up on the callers phone.
Computer Telephony Integration:
Through CTI it is now possible to have a caller's information displayed on your computer screen before you even answer the call. By linking your own in-house software to that of the telephone system, all the client's information is presented on your computer screen. This integration will cut down on time spent searching for customer records as the two systems work together to bring all the information directly to you.
