Computer Telephone Integration:
The telephone system can be linked to a “Front-of-House” software package to send the telephone costs from each room into the billing system. It can also be used to change the room status by the house keepers and to set wake-up calls etc. for the client.
Mobile Integration:
Mobile phones and cordless phones can be linked to the desk phones to enable calls to be received anywhere on site or even when off site.
Auto Attendant:
To cut down on the work load of an Office Administrator, Automated Attendant can answer incoming calls and direct the caller through to their requested destination.
Direct Dialling to Rooms & Departments:
By using DDI numbers callers can ring directly to the guest rooms 24hrs a day without needing to go through a receptionist. This facility can also be used to enable suppliers to ring directly through to the required department within the hotel thereby freeing up the receptionist’s time to deal with customers.
Call Restriction:
Give users a preset list of numbers which they can dial, e.g Kitchen and Bar areas
On-Hold Marketing:
