When my husband and I purchased the Hillgrove Hotel in April 2004, it had 44 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant and two banqueting suites. Three years later, we have extended to 87 bedrooms, added on a third banqueting suite, a conference centre, leisure club, health spa and hair salon.

Obviously our existing phone system was no longer suitable for the Hotel and could not meet our growing demands. We approached KT Communications with our new requirements, which was to treble the capacity of our existing system. We also wished to take a more “hi-tech” and modern route with the options of house-keeping facilities, full integration with our “front of house” software and mailbox facilities for all our guests.

Their response to our enquiry was immediate and efficient. After meeting with KT’s Managing Director Kenneth Taylor, he thoroughly explored and considered our requirements. He then compiled a comprehensive proposal for the Hotel and offered us various options customised to meet our needs and possible future requirements within a variety of budgets. KT installed the Panasonic KX-TDA600 system for us, which in addition to doing everything we required it to do, can do much more, if and when we require it.

KT have a marvellous ability to look ahead; and in this fast and ever-changing world of technology, we are reassured to know that the system we were sold will not only excel but will meet our needs for many years to come and will not be replaced by something new within a short time.
