Restricted building access:
We can provide doorphone intercoms, which work in conjunction with an electronic door release to screen callers before they are allowed into the building. This system can be programmed to ring around various handsets so that a door call can be answered and dealt with from anywhere in the building. In addition to this, several versions of camera are available to work in conjunction with the doorphone.
Computer/Telephony Integration:
Various software packages are available to link the telephone system to the computer server thereby sending client information to the P.C. screen as the calls are coming in. This integration can also be used to ring clients from an accounts package or database if required.
Automated Attendant:
To cut down on the work load of an Office Administrator, Automated Attendant can answer incoming calls and direct the caller through to their requested destination.
Call Charging Facility with DDI:
Nursing Home residents can enjoy the privacy of making and receiving calls in their rooms by virtue of a Direct-Dial-In facility. This is also linked to a software package that allows the owner to calculate any telephone costs for each room at the end of the month. Various restrictions can be put in place as appropriate.
Full site dect mobility:
Key members of staff can be given mobile sized cordless phones to make and take calls anywhere in the facility.
